maternidade.

Where design meets innovation. Can you create a range of luxurious finishes, furnishings and fabrics?
To continually meet the needs of our high profile clients we now need
a highly organised and passionate executive designer to motivate and
develop our extraordinary team. With a portfolio demonstrating extensive
experience in high-end luxury commercial markets you will drive the
conceptual side of the design with a vast source of inspirational ideas
and images to enhance each project.
You must have an excellent understanding of the RIBA design and build
stages with an ability to work within allocated timeframes to deliver
the information required in a cost effective and efficient manner in
line with client and project requirements. You will put together a fully
revised package of specifications and schedules for the team to use and
will oversee their presentations to key clients.
You will have a wealth of knowledge delivering luxury residential, luxury resort/hotel design, casinos, retail and blue chip corporate fit-outs across international markets with an understanding of varying cultural residential requirements in the Middle East, Far East, Europe and Australasia. You will provide evidence of successful delivery of all stages of the design and construction process, creating the ultimate interior space.
You must have strong management and communication skills, with experience of managing design teams. In addition to the above requirements you must be proficient in:
Adobe InDesign, advanced level
Adobe Photoshop, advanced level
Adobe Illustrator, intermediate level or above
AutoCAD, advanced level
3D Studio max, intermediate level or above
ArchiCAD
